Our Mission
Salvation Army
heart to God & hand to man … salvation army
The Salvation Army is an international evangelical movement, founded in London in 1865 by William Booth, who left the Methodist Church (Methodist New Connection) in which he was minster of workshop to start a humanitarian work in the slums of London, with the aim of spreading Christianity and bringing help to the needy.
Le Casermette is a structure owned by the Salvation Army since 1959, which has always been available for school camps for young people and for hosting guests.
The mission of this center is to raise funds for the social work that the Salvation Army carries out in Italy for those experiencing social difficulties.
By choosing Le Casermette for your holiday or event, you also take part in the mission of the Salvation Army as the proceeds are used for it’s work in Italy.
